Unexpected breakfast surprise

The room provided a comfortable space, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. The overall stay felt welcoming yet casual. Loved the easy check-in process!

However, breakfast was a frustration. I was promised a simple meal at a lower cost, but I faced charges for a full buffet at checkout, which I never agreed to. It felt dishonest.

Both a hit and a miss

Clean, updated rooms exuded comfort, and the proximity to the Civic Center made for a convenient stay. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were genuinely friendly, assisting us with information about local attractions!

Nevertheless, the breakfast was overpriced and left many guests feeling frustrated with the costs not being clearly communicated. Additionally, I encountered maintenance issues, with housekeeping unfortunately not addressing them in a timely manner, impacting our visit.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The location was super convenient for exploring Tallahassee, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was cozy, which was perfect for our family with a newborn. We really appreciated the comfortable bedding and the overall cleanliness.

In my wife’s opinion, a dedicated family play area would be great.

The Bird's Aphrodisiac Oyster Shack is just a hop away, serving up some divine oysters that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the dining setup at the hotel had its moments, especially the bar area for chill hangouts. Really enjoyed the casual vibe!

Now, the pool area could use some love. It felt a bit neglected, and the food we tried was just meh. The whole experience at the breakfast buffet was awkward. kind of pricey for just a waffle, ya know?

The hotel features spacious guest rooms with a unique design, offering a clean and comfortable space to unwind. Plus, the availability of on-site dining without exorbitant prices makes grabbing a bite easy and convenient.

Upon arrival, my room had a musty odor, and the phone and safe were nonfunctional—issues that shouldn’t have occurred. The shower had drainage problems, and I encountered a bug during my stay, which made the experience less than ideal. I also noticed the elevators were consistently dirty, and the lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. Noise from outside filtered in, and being on a steep hill made accessing the entrance a hassle, especially during heavy rain. Additionally, there was confusion regarding room assignments that led to delays and some frustration throughout my stay.

The atmosphere was a delightful surprise, with friendly staff enhancing our stay. I particularly appreciated Jasmine's cheerful check-in and the cozy ambiance of our room, making it feel like a home away from home.

I loved the convenient location! Just a short walk to downtown restaurants 😍. However, the breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Overall, a decent stay.

I absolutely loved the spacious Guest Room with a King bed! The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I couldn't get over the delightful on-site dining options—affordable and full of flavor! The staff's personalized service made my stay feel truly special, from the cheerful check-in to the attentive restaurant team.
